IFB No: NPA/MEW/97/ G-2170/ICB

National Procurement Authority (NPA) on behalf of Ministry of Communication and Information Technology invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Establishment of Ground Station for Afghansat-1 Satellite (the Goods), IFB No: NPA/MEW/97/ G-2170/ICB.

Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures in accordance with Afghanistan Procurement Procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security (Bank Guarantee) mentioned as below in USD or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before November 21, 2018 10:00 hours (Kabul local time). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids are not being opened immediately after the deadline of bid submission at the same place of bid submission, in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person.
