Ministry of Communications and IT has decided to advertise required postage stamps and souvenir sheets by ICB method.

Legal qualified national and international companies can receive bid document from MCIT website (www.mcit.gov.af) or can receive the soft documents from External Procurement Department, 14th floor, MCIT.

Bidding session will be held 10am, June 1, 2013 and bid security of 600USD or its equivalent in Afghan currency is a must.
