Participation in the Ministerial Roundtable: Government Enabling Smart Digital Development at the ITU World Conference
Minister of Communications and Information Technology Shahzad Aryobee attended the Ministerial Roundtable in the second day of the ITU World Conference entitled “Government Enabling Smart Digital Development at the ITU World Conference “for Ministers from different countries.
The purpose of the discussion was how governments can work to preparing convenient ground to develop smart digital for the region and the world.
Given to demand of the citizens, the Participants discussed the issues about the provision of high quality and cost-effective intelligent technology services and expanding cooperation at the regional and global levels, and also talked over the achievements, challenges, and the progress of future plans.
During his speech to this Assembly, Shahzad Aryobee spoke regarding MCIT’s, Two years plan for ICT, procedures and relations with the countries.
The Minister of Communications and Information Technology also provided information on fiber optic services in Afghanistan, high prices for online services, e-payment challenges and achievements.
