Distribution of postal service licenses from a single center

While deputy minister (Technical) of MCIT Eng. Sayeed Ahmad Shah Sadaat was present the agreement was signed by the director of Afghan postal Regulatory Authority (APRA) Hikmatullah Alokozai and director of Registration of Licenses of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Mr. Khanrasool Qarloq.

At beginning, Eng. Sadaat said that implementing the provisions of the agreement, will create additional facilities in providing the issuance of licenses, which would cause further growth of the sector.

According to the agreement, the technical sections of the license will be conducted by Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the Ministry of Commerce will cooperate in administrative and commercial parts of the agreement.
