Workshop in relation to "Professional behavior in the Workplace and the Law on Elimination of Violence against Women

The capacity Building Department of MCIT launched a one-day workshop entitled "Professional behavior in the Workplace, the Law on Elimination of Violence Against Women and the prevention of Women  harassment" on Monday, May 14, 2018.

The Workshop was participated by the Human Resources Director Mr. Sayeed Massoud Samim, , head of Capacity Building department Mr. Wafa Mohammad Mosleh, General Manager of Religious Affairs Molavi Dinkhabar  and female employees of the MCIT.

Initially, the Human Resources Director comprehensively spoke about the content of the Workshop, and then, Mr. Wafam Mohammad Mosleh, presented a presentation regarding the importance of the workshop.

The workshop focused on the following issues:

Professional conduct in the workplace, professional characteristic, professional behavior trait, personality and values, defining working life management goals, setting personal goals, planning for personal and business life, honesty, fairness, habitude and diplomacy, professional relations, organizations communication management, Performances and professional appearances,  accountability and transparency, leadership principles and official meetings.

Consequently, Honorable Molavi Dinkhaber, spoke of women's rights in the sacred religion of Islam, and called for consistent reform in the individual life, work and Afghan community.
