Ministry of Telecommunication and IT- Afghan Telecommunication Corporation (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for theMCIT-AFTEL/ICB/G-239/97:Procurement of replacing of the old128M CC08 System to new IMS/MSAN system at Kunduz and Nangarhar(Jalalabad) Provinces for Afghan telecom Corporation.

1. key qualifications as below  

1. Financial Capability requirement

1. The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence that it meets the following financial requirement(s): {USD 104,500.00 (One Hundred Four thousand and five Hundred)or Equaling in AFS

2. Experience and Technical Capacity:

The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that it meets the following experience requirement(s):The Bidder has satisfactorily completed at least one contract for supply of similar goods/ IMS/MSAN Equipment in the preceding five years of not less than{250,000.00 USD (two hundred fifty thousand) or Equaling in AFS}

3. The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence of average annual turnover of last five years. {440,000.00 USD (Four Hundred forty thousand) or Equaling in AFS}

The bidder must provide Tax Clearance of his past performance for the similar experience and average annual turnover volume as stated in rule of procedures for public procurement.

4. Bid Security:

Bid shall include a Bid security in the form of bank guarantee issued by bank using the form included in section 4 of bidding form and will remain valid for a period of 148 days from the date of Bid submission deadline.

The amount of bid security is 17,000.00 USDOR Equivalent AFS.
