Electronic National ID Card System for Afghanistan Bid Oppening

The Ministry of Communications and IT, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has received 5 bids in response to the RFP floated by the ministry for the Electronic National ID project of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The Bid opening session was held on 6th July in the Ministry in presence of the representatives of the bidders.
Following are the names of the companies who successfully submitted their bids:

3. Madras Security Printers Pvt, Ltd, India
4. ZTE Corporation China
5. Tech Access FZ LLC, UAE in partnership with
i. Laser Card Corporation USA
ii. Tiger IT Limited, Bangladesh
