The Open Access Policy to Fiber Optic Renews and Distribution of license to the Private Sector were approved

In the session of the High Economic Council under the auspices of the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, the open access policy to optical fiber renewed, the rate and process of distribution of licenses to the private sector were approved, in this regard Mr. Najib Azizi, Head of Afghanistan Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (ATRA) provided detailed information on The benefits and implementation to members of parliament.

It worth saying that 25 provinces are connected to optical fiber, and the remaining 9 provinces will be connected by the end of 2018.
