The Open Access Policy to Fiber Optic Renews and Distribution of license to the Private Sector were approved

By means of Open Access Policy Fiber Optic goes beyond the monopoly of neighboring countries, and it would lead to covering remote cities and villages.
It worth saying that 25 provinces are connected to optical fiber, and the remaining 9 provinces will be connected by the end of 2018.
