Skills Development Consultant

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) of the Government of Afghanistan (“Government”) seeks to hire a qualified International consultant to prepare the component of the project in skills development, certification, and registration (Skills). The consultant will travel to Afghanistan for mission(s) and provide technical inputs for the project design as required.
