Afghan Telecom Corporation (AFTEL) -Ministry of Communications and Information Technology} invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Procurement services for {Procurement of Huawei DWDM spare Parts or equivalent}, IFB No: MCIT-AFTEL/ICB/G-009/99
Bidding will be conducted through the {International Competitive Bidding} procedures specified in the Afghanistan procurement law, and is open to all bidders from Eligible Sources/Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.
Interested eligible bidders may download bid document in English version from NPA Website: www.npa.gov.af and mcit.gov.af.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security (Bank Guarantee) mentioned as below in USD or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency

The Bid Security shall remain valid for a period of 28 days beyond the validity period of the bids i.e. 148 days from bid submission deadline date or extended bid submission deadline date, if extended. |
Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before {10:00 am, Kabul Local Time date 10/December/2020}. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids are not being opened immediately after the deadline of bid submission at the same place of bid submission, in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person.
