The Ministry of Communications and IT now invites all eligible and qualified Companies to indicate interest in providing bid according to the procurement rules and regulations for project (Enterprise Resources Planning ERP Infrastructure Implementation) The SBD can be accessed through MCIT formal website (www.mcit.gov.af ) or can visit Had of procurement Department office in 14^th floor, MCIT building to receive the soft copies.

 Biding submission deadline will be 10:00 AM, 6^th, November 2017 at 14^th Floor Procurement Department Ministry of Communication & IT and bid security USD 21,000.00 is a must, late bid will be not acceptable and will be rejected.
