NON-CONSULTANCY SERVICES Printing Postage Stamps with deferent size

 The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT) has decided to advertise required postage stamps by ICB method.

 Legal qualified national and international companies can receive bid document from MCIT’s website (www.mcit.gov.af) .

Bidding session will be held 10am, December 16, 2014 and bid security of 500USD or its equivalent in Afghan currency is a must.
