Minister of Communications and Information Technology attends the Afghanistan Internet Society meeting

Minister of Communications and Information Technology Shahzad Aryobee attended the Afghanistan Internet Governance meeting (IGF Afghanistan), which was hosted by the Afghanistan Internet Society on Wednesday, May 2, 2018.

He added: that the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has an equipped National Data Center and we also endeavor to implement Afghan Cloud and NIXA projects, which will redound the government to take the control of the Internet.
He added: in addition to dropping the rates we are considering the quality and speed of communication and internet services.

While appreciating Leadership Team of Afghanistan Internet Society for bringing together the academic personalities and co-workers in co-ordination to formulate policies, study laws, and transfer the experiences of the world to Afghanistan, minister Aryobee, stated: that it is utmost important to ensure the sovereignty of the Internet  and that the  cybercrime laws and prosecutions are enforced.
