Ministry of Communications and Information Technology announces drop of internet service prices

After approval the proposal of MCIT for decreasing the internet prices by Supreme Economic Council, Ministry of communications and Information Technology announced significant changes in the rate of internet services, that is 10 percent reduction in 3G internet prices of Salaam Network, which represents 20% decrease compared to other domestic network, and also approximately 37.5% discount was made in Afghan Telecom Digital Subscriber line (DSL) internet service. These discounts are applicable from the first day of 1397.  

At the same time, MCIT considers to offer 20% discount to internet service provider private companies, provided that the mentioned discount reaches directly to consumers.
