Minister of MCIT meets with Ambassador of European Union

Minister of Communications and Information Technology Shahzad Aryobee met with Ambassador of the European Union Mr. Pierre Mayaudon  on Sunday, December 17, 2017.

The meeting focused on issues of e-governance, cyber security, IT capacity building, technology industry, public digital services, connecting China to Central Asia, Europe and Africa through Afghanistan, and other issues of mutual interest.

While expressing his gratitude to the Ambassador, minister Aryobee praised the cooperation of member countries of the European Union in Afghanistan,

At the same time, Aryobee called for further EU cooperation in the above-mentioned areas, representing the European Union, in his turn Mr. Maidan, said that the EU is committed to helping Afghanistan for a long time as a good partner.
