Public Notice for Award Decision of the Contract

 Ministry of Communication and Information Technology has contemplated to contract the project of Establishment of Ground Station For Afghanistan -1satelite, Ref: NPA/MCIT/97/G-2170/ICB after certain regular processes through facilities of National Procurement Authority (NPA) with Afghanistan Online ISP, having License No. 40640, located at: Khushal Mina, 5^th District, Kabul, Afghanistan,  with total Value of USD 1,168,767.00 (One Million, one hundred sixty eight thousand, seven hundred sixty seven United States Dollar).

The Subject is publicly announced as per Sub-clause no. 1 of Clause no. 43^rd of procurement law. In case of any objection, people and entities could submit their written protest attached with reasons in accordance to rule no.84^th Procurement Procedure till 7 days since publication of this announcement to Ministry of Communication and information Technology, Mohamad Jan Khan Watt, 18 floor  Building, 14^th Floor, Kabul, Afghanistan.

The notice does not mean sign of the contract, and the contract will not be signed till completion of above mentioned deadline.
