Announcement of Contract for achieve equipment and construction materials

In accordance with the item (2) of the Article 43 of the Procurement Law, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology intends to sign contract with the total cost 1,383,584 Afghani with the Mahtab Qala, Commercial and Metalwork company (located close to 20 meters road of Qala-e-now, Dasht-e-barchi, Kabul) to supply project’s equipment and to do the construction works of the ministry’s archive.

If there are any objections with the respect to this, written objections together with reasons can be presented to the MCIT, Procurement Directorate, 14^th floored, from the date of publication of this notice until seven working days.

This notice does not mean that the contract will not be signed till the completion of the above-mentioned period and completion of legal process.
