Ministry of Telecommunication and IT/ Afghan Telecommunication Corporation (“the Employer”) invites all eligible bidders to participate in bidding process of I Direct TAC support, MCIT-AFTEL/ICB/NCS-224/97 for Afghan telecommunication Corporation and submit sealed bids according to the term & conditions of standard bidding document (SBD). The date of invitation from 27 August, 2018 to 26 September, 2018. Late bid and electronic bid shall not be accepted.
- Qualification requirement include as follow;
- Financial Capability requirement
- The minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Bidder shall be: 13,400 USD
- Bid Security:
Bid shall include a Bid security in the form of bank guarantee issued by bank using the form included in section 4 of bidding form and will remain valid for a period of 118 days from the date of Bid submission deadline.
The amount of bid security is 1,600 USD.

In case the specified date of bid opening is declared a holiday for the purchaser, the bids shall be opened at the above specified time on the next working day
