Job Summary
In order to ensure transparency on 10% telecom service fees collection, operators’ revenue and fraud detection on RTDMS/RA System, MCIT has established Real Time Data Management System department. The Real-Time Data Management/Revenue Assurance System (RTDM/RAS) Database Developer and Progammer will work under direct supervision of the Team Leader and head of RTDMS unit and report on his activities/accomplishment to him; He/she will perform the following duties but not limited to:

Duties and Responsibilities
• Programming of software modules for RTDMS systems
• Coordinate with Managers, Architects and Analysts to develop Oracle database systems.
• Perform system design, upgrades, and maintenances according to business needs.
• Develop schemas, tables, triggers, indexes, sequences, constraints, functions and procedures.
• Understand business requirements and accordingly develop database models.
• Provide optimal design solutions to improve system quality and efficiency.
• Follow best practices for database design.
• Perform capacity analysis and oversee database tuning.
• Maintain technical documentations for reference purposes.
• Write complex codes and queries and participate in code reviews.
• Write ETL codes, update SQL statements and create shell scripts.
• Develop monitoring tools to report any system events.
• Perform design review, modify codes and test upgrades.
• Support Team Leader, head and director of RTDMS unit in terms of planning, budget preparation, strategy development and plan implementation.
Skills
a. Understanding of data management, security concepts, mechanisms and tools.
b. Working knowledge of Oracle 11g and Oracle Apex 5.0
c. Strong knowledge of Oracle packages, procedures and functions
d. Strong organizational skills
e. Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
f. Strong problem-solving skills
g. Having Experience of programming applications with Asp.Net MVC5 will be an advantage
h. Knowledge and experience with Java, C++,c# or other modern OO language
Qualifications
a. University degree in Information Technology, computer science or related filed and master degree is preferred.
b. 4 years of experience with a major RDBMS, preferably Oracle
