The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has recently developed draft of Electronic Transaction and Digital Signature law for the development and strengthening of e-Commerce in the Country, and it is now open for public consultation.
We would like to invite all Members of Civil Societies, Lawyers, IT Experts, Investors, Entrepreneurs, Academia, Private Sectors and other relevant figures to send their comments and suggestions in order to make the draft finalized by end of November 2014.
