NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD DECISION

In accordance with the paragraph (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, it is hereby notified to the public that Afghan Telecom intends to award the project “Procurement of New Billing System for SALAAM Network (MCIT-AFTEL/1402/G-020/ICB)” to Whale Cloud Technology Co LTD, holder of license number (91320100745379000T), located in China country, at a total price of 3,695,000 (Three million, Six hundred Ninety-Five thousand) US dollars.

Individuals, whether natural persons or legal entities, who have any objections, may submit their objections in writing along with their reasons to the Chief Procurement Office of Afghan Telecom Company within seven calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article fifty of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute a contract, till the completion of the aforementioned period and through subsequent legal procedures, a contract will not be concluded.
