This is to inform all concerned that Technation of Kabul, with Office in Strret-5 Seelo; Deh Naw; Dehboori, Kabul City, Afghanistan, has been selected for the advertized Consultancy Assignment.

Details are given as under:-

1. Consultants who submitted their technical and financial Proposals:

1. Consultancy Association (Sub-Consultancy Association and not a Joint Venture) of Technation-Afghanistan, MAD Incubator of Malaysia and Boston Pledge of USA;
2. SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited-Kolkata, India.

2) Technical scores awarded to each Consultant: Technation – 94.582 out of 100; SREI – 79.366 out of 100

3) Financial scores awarded to each consultant: Technation – 100 out of 100; SREI – 10.08 out of 100

4) Weightage to technical score - 80% and to financial score - 20%

5) Combined technical and financial scores: Technation – 95.665 out of 100; SREI – 65.508 out of 100

6) Ranking of each Consultant based on combined scores: Technation – I; SREI – II

7) Name of the Winning Consultant: Technation of Kabul

8) Contract Price: 408,167.34 USD (inclusive of 2 % Tax, as applicable in Afghanistan)

9) Duration of the Contract: 24 months

10) Summary Scope of the Contract:

Under the Project, planned Consultancy Services for Incubator Management includes the long-term aim to lead and manage the establishment and growth of the business Incubator, as a self-sustaining service for new and growing Afghanistan businesses. This requires an entrepreneurial approach and a commitment to helping new and emerging businesses in Afghanistan.
