In accordance with the policy of the government and applicable laws of the country, the Ministry of Mines is to lease the providing 4 MB Bebicate through a bidding process, as following:
1. The Ministry of Mines invites qualified bidders to submit their sealed proposals for providing of 4 MB Delicate.
2. The tender process will be in accordance with the General Procurements Law.
3. Interested and qualified bidders may obtain further information and collect the tender document during the official hours from:

4. Requirements including valid business license are set forth in the tender document.
5. The tender document will be distributed in exchange with an amount determined in the tender document.
6. Interested bidder can obtain tender documents from the mentioned address in exchange of non repayable amount, in 21 days after the publication of tender on the mass media and Ministry of Mines website
7. Offers must be submitted to Directorate of Procurement of General Department of Finance and Administration before the time and date mentioned in tender documents.
8. Online tendering is not allowed.
9. Late submissions will be rejected.
10. The proposals will be opened in presence of the bidder of his/her representative in the time and location mentioned in tender document.
11. All proposals shall be accompanied with surety bonds mentioned in the tender document.
