Minister of Communications and Information Technology attends at the 14th Internet Governance Forum in Germany
The 14th World Internet Governance Forum (IGF) started on Tuesday, November 26 in Germany aims at bringing together more than 2,000 participants from all around the world.
Leading an Afghan delegation Mohammed Fahim Hashimi acting Minister of Communications and Information Technology has also participated the Forum.
The Forum, which began with the words of German Chancellor Angela Merkel, will continue its work with the overarching theme "One World, one Net, one Vision" with three priorities: Data Governance; Digital Inclusion; and Security, Safety, Stability & Resilience.
The Forum is set to discuss how to work to bring the internet to about three billion people worldwide by 2030.
Mohammad Fahim Hashemi also says the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Afghanistan is working hard to improve internet services.
