MCIT: Giganor ISP and Netzoon Telecom joine the Internet Exchanges Afghan

Mr. Mohammad Zahed Stanikzai director of Information Security Directorate of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology signed an agreement with the authorities of Giganor ISP and Netzoon Telecom companies for joining the two companies with the National Internet Exchange Afghanistan (NIXA) on Tuesday, December 18, 2018.
Currently, from 60 companies that provide internet services in the country, 12 are joined with NIXA and the connection process of the rests are going on.
By completing this process, Internet services in the country will be of high quality and effective, and there will be significant decline in internet prices.
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology endeavors to provide affordable and balanced telecommunications and information technology services to the citizens of the country.
