The Human Resources Department of MCIT launches a training and awareness workshop on the "new performance evaluation and planning method"

The Human Resources Capacity Building Department launched a training and awareness program about the new performance evaluation and planning procedure with the participation of some directors of the MCIT on Wednesday, July 14, 2021.

This workshop highlighted the new format of planning, reporting and performance assessment, legal basis, advantages, principles of performance and also provided necessary information and guidance.

First, Javid Hussain Fazaeli, Director General of Finance and Administration of the Ministry of Communications and IT, spoke about the importance of performance evaluation.

He said that: monitoring and evaluation the progress of work and motivating employees is one of the goals of the performance assessment.

It is worth mentioning that this training and awareness program is held to raise the level of awareness of the directors about the new format of planning, reporting and performance evaluation method, and all the directors of the ministry benefited from this program.
