At the meeting, the two sides discussed the matters of information technology, bilateral relations, and cooperation.

During the meeting the Minister of Communications and Information Technology said that in recent years no country has helped Afghanistan to finance and build infrastructure projects, the international community and our neighbors must work together to help Afghanistan to build infrastructures

The minister of MCIT also said that if Pakistan was ready to connect the fiber optic cable, it would be beneficial for both countries. In terms of internet transit, Pakistan can transit to Europe through this route, and it will connect South Asian countries including Pakistan to Central Asia.

At the meeting, the Pakistani side assured that the Prime Minister of Pakistan had said that Pakistan could help Afghanistan in technology, capacity building, hearing complaints, and other areas.
