Brief Biography of Sayed Masoud Samim H.R Director
Sayed Masoud Samim is a Human Resources Professional working as H.R Director in the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT) for more than seven years.
Mr. Samim was recruited as H.R Director at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology which is funding by the World Bank (CBR project), He holds Master Degree in Business Administration while he obtained his bachelor degree in Management and Diplomacy at Kabul University, He was awarded some appreciation letter for his better performance from Upper House of Parliament as well as from the leadership of the MCIT.
He also has more than 13 years of experience in various organizations in high-level positions.
He has been worked as the Appointment Board Expert during 2006 – 2009 at IARCSC then he joined the Ministry of Energy and Water as an H.R Director subsequently he worked at Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA) as the Monitoring and Evaluation Director.
