Announcement of the bid to establish a research and innovation center (first lot and second lot of IT equipment)

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology invites all eligible bidders to participate in the process of the Bid Announcement of the bid to establish a research and innovation center (first lot and second lot of IT equipment) and submitting their bids in accordance with the conditions set forth in the Laws and Rules. Until 10:00 am (Monday) dated 26/July/2021 to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry located at Mohammad Jan Khan Watt Second District of Kabul City. Late received and by email, bids will not be accepted;

bidders may download Tender documents from the WWW.NPA.GOV.AF National Procurement Website and WWW.MCIT.GOV.AF Ministry of Communications Website;

Bidders can also obtain the document through Flash from the General Procurement Management Office 14^th floor.

Bidders must submit a bid guarantee in the form of a bank guarantee in the amount of One hundred and fifty thousand (150,000) AFN and the second lot of Thirty-two thousand one hundred and twenty-six (32,126) AFN under the terms of the bid at the bidding meeting.
