Afghanistan Computer Emergency Response Team: Achievements and Activities in 1397

During the past year, the National Computer Emergency Response Team for Afghanistan (AFCERT) with modern equipment and international standards has been able to do more and more activities than ever before in the field of e-cybercrime .
Therefore, it should be noted shortly that the Rapid Response Team of the Afghan Cybercrime, as a single reference to deal with computer cases and cyber-e-incidents, through using technical solutions has operational responsibilities in the following areas:
- Inspection, detection and identification the weaknesses and vulnerabilities, as well as security of electronic computer systems of the ministries, government departments and offices.
Establishment the design of Cyber- Computer- Electronic laws, regulations, strategies, procedures and policies.
Conducting public awareness programs for retaining security of computer systems and as well as information on cyber-computer-related crime cases in the virtual cyber space of the country.
In order to provide more information on how to deal with incidents, combat and prevent electronic-cyber-crime around the country, a brief cyber-crime incident charts has been prepared by (AFCERT) which will indicate how it has been able to reduce the level of electronic-computer-cybercrime violations across the country.
