The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has received a Grant from the International Development Association (IDA) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Grant to payments under the contract for “Supply, Installation, Operation, Maintenance, and other Managed Services for Mobile Platform of MCIT”.
