E-Diploma for ministry of higher education

The Ministry of Communications and IT now invites Expressions of Interest from eligible and qualified Firms to indicate interest in providing the E-Government Services –E-Diploma . The REOI can be accessed through MCIT formal website (www.mcit.gov.af) or can visit Foreign Procurement General Management office in 14^th floor, MCIT building to receive the soft copies.

interested Consultants should provide information and REOI demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services according to the procurement rules and regulations; the EOI can be submitted to international Procurement General Management Office, 14^th floor, MCIT building and also through email (fpd@mcit.gov.af) cc to palwasha.hashimi@mcit.gov.af  from the advertisement date till 26, July, 2017. Late submission of EOI will be not acceptable.
