Second Vice President of Afghanistan Introduces the Acting Minister for MCIT

Newly appointed acting Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology (MCIT) Mr. Shahzad Gul Aryobee was introduced during an official ceremony to the leadership and staff of the MCIT by H. E. Sarwar Danish the second vice president of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on Wednesday August 9, 2017.
The ceremony was attended by the head of the Department of Affairs Mr. Dawood Noorzai, the media advisor to the President Dr. Nabi Misdaaq, the former minister of MCIT Amirzai Sangin, the Governor of Nangarhar Gulab Mangal, Helmand Governor Hayatullah Hayat, former Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Mrs. Nasrin Oryakhil, representatives from Wolesi and Meshrano Jirga, leadership body of MCIT, civil society activists and media representatives.
At the beginning deputy minister (technical) of MCIT Engineer Syed Ahmad Shah Sadaat, welcomed the participants of the gathering and reminded achievements of the Ministry of Communications over the past six months.
Eng. Syed Ahmad Shah Sadaat expressed his preparation to serve the people of Afghanistan under the leadership of Mr. Aryobee as a united team, and he committed to Drive Afghanistan toward Digitalization.
Then, the adviser to the president, Dr. Nabi Misdaaq, read out the decree of president of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan about the appointment of Mr. Shahzad Gul Aryobee as the acting minister of MCIT.
Subsequently, the second vice president H. E. Sarwar Danish also congratulated Mr. Aryoubi and thanked former ministers for their struggles in development of ICT industry in Afghanistan.
