Ministry of Telecommunication and IT/ Afghan Telecommunication Corporation (“the Employer”) invites all eligible bidders to participate in bidding process ofinternational Roaming,MCIT-AFTEL/ICB/NCS-236/97 for Afghan telecommunication Corporationand submit sealed bids according to the term &conditions of standard bidding document (SBD). The date of invitation from 27 Oct, 2018 to 28November, 2018. Late bid and electronic bid shall not be accepted.
- Qualification requirement include as follow;
- Financial Capability requirement
- The minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Bidder shall be:48,000USD
- Bid Security:
Bid shall include a Bid security in the form of bank guarantee issued by bank using the form included in section 4 of bidding form and will remain valid for a period of 148 days from the date of Bid submission deadline.
The amount of bid security is 7,700 USD.
The period of Bid validity shall be 120 days after the deadline for Bid submission of bid.
The period of Bid security validity for a period of 148 days from the date of Bid submission deadline.
The experience required to be demonstrated by the Bidder should include as a minimum that he has executed during the last five (5) years the following: 90,000USD
The minimum required average annual volume of Services for the successful Bidder of the last five (5) years shall be: 193,000USD

In case the specified date of bid opening is declared a holiday for the purchaser, the bids shall be opened at the above specified time on the next working day
