Shahzad Aryobee Minister of Communications and Information Technology, on the sidelines of the Caspian Innovation Conference, met with Mr. Mohammad Jahed Turan Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure of the Republic of Turkey on Wednesday, December 5, 2018.
In this meeting, in addition to discussing the telecommunications and information technology sector, both sides agreed that Turkey will cooperate to modernize Afghanistan's postal services and structure to facilitate and create convenient ground for monetary services through Turkey’s Post and investment in the ICT sector.
