MCIT’s Notice on Selection of Technical Coordinator for the PMO of Afghanistan’s ICT Sector Development Project of MCIT
This refers to the selection of Technical Coordinator for the PMO of Afghanistan’s ICT Sector Development Project (Project ID P121755-PPF 744 AF; Contract Package ID PPF/C6), for which TOR was published on the Websites of ACBAR and MCIT on 25th Jan, 2011.
This is to inform all concerned that Mr. Sameer Ahmad Ahadi; Resident of: House # 52; Maidan-e-Hawai; Sarake-40 Meter,Kabul, Afghanistanstands selected for the advertized position. Details are given as under:-
1. Consultants shortlisted for the Post: 1- Mr. Sameer Ahmad Ahadi; Resident of: House # 52; Maidan-e-Hawai; Sarake-40 Meter,Kabul-Afghanistan; 2-Mr. Muhammad Hazrat Khan from Kabul-Afghanistan; 3-Mr. Emal N. Safi from Kabul-Afghanistan; 4-Mr. Mohammad Sayeed Sediqi from Kabul-Afghanistan.
2. Consultants interviewed for the Post: All the 04 short-listed Candidates were interviewed for the Post.
3. Technical Points assigned to each Consultant who were interviewed by the Selection Committee of MCIT: 1- Mr. Sameer Ahmad Ahadi: 81.80 %; 2-Mr. Muhammad Hazrat Khan : 75.80 %; 3-Mr. Emal N. Safi: 72.20 %; 4-Mr. Mohammad Sayeed Sediqi: 70.80 %.
4. Final Point Rankings of the Consultants, based on Technical and Financial Criteria: First: Mr. Sameer Ahmad Ahadi; Second:Mr. Muhammad Hazrat Khan ; Third: Mr. Emal N. Safi; Fourth: Mr. Mohammad Sayeed Sediqi.
5. Details of the Winning Candidate: Mr. Sameer Ahmad Ahadi is the winning Consultant, with a Contract Price of Afghani 1,50,000 for 3 months—50,000 Afs per month(all inclusive, including Taxes) for 03 Months of initial contract period under PPA. He will provide the Technical Coordination Support as per published TOR for this Post of Afghanistan's ICT Sector Development Project.
