Ministry of Communications and Information Technology introduces the Content Management System
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology introduced the Content Management System program, which facilitates the management of government websites under an umbrella.
Deputy (Admin and Finance) Minister of MCIT Dr. Hadi Hedayati spoke in the conference, saying that one of our goals is to turn the country into an informational society by connecting the nation and the state by providing digital communication tools, To this end, we created the Content Management System, which uses updated technologies and enables government departments to manage their sites easily and quickly, and to share their achievements, activities and plans through Web site with people.
Connecting and displaying social content of government institutions on the website, information security, website development capability in accordance with the requirements of the departments, learning and managing websites without prior technical knowledge, system and website management guidelines and having three languages (Dari, Pashto and English) are important features of this system.
It is worth mentioning that to date the system has been implemented in twenty five offices and it is planned all websites of the governmental units would be manage of through this system by the end of the year.
