Meeting of Afghan High Delegation with Afghan Businessmen in Dubai

Afghan High Delegation led by H. E. Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, Chief Executive of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan met with the Afghan businessmen in the United Arab Emirates, at his residence on Monday 29 October 2018.
First, Afghan businessmen provided detailed information on their work and problems they are facing with and stressed the need to resolve the current problems of their trade in the host country and pave the way for them to invest in Afghanistan. They said that their problems lack of land allocation, High tax, ….. and lack of support from the authorities.
H.E. Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, the Chief Executive of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan promised to investigate and find solution for their problems. The Chief Executive of the country added that it is the priorities of the Afghan Government to support the private sector and pave the way for investors to invest in Afghanistan. He expressed that the government has always tried to pave the way for investors remove the barriers which cause problems the investors.
It is noteworthy that, the ministry of communications and Information technology has always worked to provide golden opportunities to encourage the internal and external investors to invest in telecommunication sector. As a result of these efforts, the ministry managed to attract the attention of the investors to invest and provide quality services to it customers. Implementing the Open Access Policy is one of the earnest efforts of the ministry for attracting and encouraging the internal and external investors’ attention. Based on this policy, the ministry of communications and information technology provides all facilities and possibilities to invest and enjoying working in Afghanistan.
