Kazakhstani companies interest for investment in the telecommunications and information technology sector in Afghanistan

Acting minister of Communications and Information Technology Mohammad Fahim Hashimi met with Mr. Alim Khan Yasin Guldiev Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Afghanistan on Thursday, June 20, 2019.
At the meeting the two sides discussed over further development bilateral relations of both countries.
Kazakhstan's ambassador said that Kazakhstani companies are keen to invest in the telecommunications sector in Afghanistan and continue to transfer their data to South Asian countries through Afghanistan.
While appreciating the investment of Kazakh companies, Minister Mohammad Fahim Hashimi encouraged them to invest in the telecommunication sector and information technology and other sectors.
