Invitation to Register as Potential Incubatees for Ibtikaar

Ministry of Communications and IT (MCIT) of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, in collaboration with the World Bank, has created a business incubator facility for Afghans (both male and female). This incubator is branded as “Ibtikaar”. Ibtikaar is intends to recruit incubatees who have innovative business ideas and are passionate about creating their own ICT startup companies. If you are one of them, this Incubator Program will provide you with the tools, facilities, mentoring and coaching to develop and sustain your startup company. The Incubator Program, managed by an incubator management firm, will provide startup companies with the necessary infrastructure, logistics support and business development support services, all free of cost to help you launch the business you are passionate about.

By launching this Incubator Program, MCIT aims to establish a self-sustaining incubator service to support new and growing Afghan business entities through an entrepreneurial approach and a commitment to helping new and emerging businesses in Afghanistan.

MCIT has appointed TechNation, a Kabul-based technology and incubator management firm, supported by a qualified international expert, to lead, develop and manage this Business Incubation Program.
