Expressions of Interest” for Individual Consultant Consultancy Services Disaster recovery setup of ANDC

Objectives:

This Consultancy Support has been planned by the Technology and Innovation Directorate of MCIT in order to develop and evaluate its options of a disaster recovery (DR) site for the Afghanistan National Data Centre (ANDC). The deliverables from this project will be used as input to a subsequent RFP for implementing the recommended DR strategy. The Consultant will prepare technical section of the RFP (Request for Proposal) Document for DR System, to include all the aspects of the design, supply of Hardware, Software and Management Systems, installation and services, as required for of the Project. The design should use, to the extent possible, solutions that minimize the cost and maximize the scalability of the system.
