Announcement of the decision to award the contract for the supply of three items of lubricant necessity for the fiscal year 1400

in accordance with paragraph (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology is going to award the project of three lubricant items needed for the fiscal year 1400 to the Hicmat Sidiqi Logistic Service Company, located in Qala e Zaman Khan in Kabul city, Afghanistan, Six million four hundred fifty-two thousand three hundred sixty-nine point seven (6452369.7) Afghanis.

Individuals who have any objections to the dispute may submit their objection from the date of publication of this notice up to seven calendar days in writing together with its reasons to the procurement directorate located on the Fourteenth Floor of-18-stored building in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law. This notice does not imply the conclusion of the contract and will not be entered into force until the completion of the aforementioned period and legal proceedings are completed. The office of the Arman Mili Newspaper will obtain its announcement fees from Mr. Mohammad Didar Treasurer. The receipt and cutting shall be submitted to the office.
