Background:
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has received financing for the designing and development of IT Parkat Kabul. This RFP is intended for requesting proposal for the design of the IT Park by a Qualified Consulting Firm.
The Consultancy Services (“the Services”) include Designing of IT Park by a Qualified Firm, under overall directions of Deputy Minister-IT of MCIT, at Kabul-Afghanistan.
Design Agency (Consulting Firm) will be selected by MCIT’s Evaluation Committee, based on the Proposals received from the Qualified Firms, which will be evaluated against the following Evaluation Criteria:-
- Meeting Qualification and Experience Requirements(as given in this RFP);
- Quality and Completeness of the Designs as suggested by the Firms for IT Park;
The Intended Completion Date for submission of the Designs by the selected Firmis6(six) months starting from the date of the contract signed between MCIT and the selected Firm.
