The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology invites all eligible applicants to participate in bidding process and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the bidding documents and rules and regulations of the Procurement Procedure send your offers for supplying equipment and installing the network for the traffic system to MCIT, Procurement Department, 12th Floor, by Wednesday 7th of the November, 10:00am.
Please keep in mind that we don’t accept offers via email and offers that do not meet the deadline will not be accepted.
You can access to the terms and conditions of the bidding through the web site of the National Procurement Authority WWW.NPA.GOV.AF and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) http://WWW.MCIT.GOV.AF or you can collect the terms and conditions from the procurement department, floor 14th, Ministry of Communications an Information Technology.
It is noteworthy that, bid is guarantee is taken in the form of a bank account Two million three hundred and thirty four thousand and nine hundred and five Afghanis (2,334,915 AFg) which will be taken at the beginning of the meeting. Biding will take place at the Procurement department, 14th floor, MCIT, on Wednesday 7th of the Nov, at 10:00 in the morning.
