BRIEF BIOGRAPHY OF NOORULLAH HABIB YAR
Noorullah Habib Yar is the son of Enayatulla. He was born in 1963 in Argon, a district of Paktika province. He graduated from Nadira High school in 1981. He earned his bachelor's degree in law from Kabul University in 2007. Since 2011, Mr. Habib Yar has been the head of the legal unit. He has previously held various government positions as chairman and general manager. He is fluent in Pashto, with proficiency in Dari.
