The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bidding process of the restoration and reconstruction of 20 Post Offices in Kabul and first and second grade provinces.  Interested bidders should submit their bids in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Bidding Code and Regulations.

Interested companies can reach the bidding documents from formal website of MCIT (www.mcit.gov.af) or visit the Head of procurement office at 14th floor of MCIT building.

The sealed offer documents should reach on dated October 17, 2019, time 10:00 am. Responsibility of late delivery will not rest upon this office.
