Amirzai Sangin Valedictory Ceremony
H. E. Amirzai Sangin Minister of MCIT had a Farewell meeting with directors, officers and employees of MCIT on Saturday 29th 2014.
In this meeting Eng.Baryalay Hassam deputy technical and Acting Minister of MCIT first spoke about the worthy services of H. E. Amirzai Sangin and said: that H. E. Amirzai Sangin has done meritorious services during his tenure in MCIT as a minister over the years and we appreciate his honest struggle for importing and developing telecommunication and modern IT to our country.
Eng. Hassam said: as we all are aware all infrastructures including telecommunication infrastructures almost were damaged badly. In terms of telecom services Afghanistan had limited coverage and was the world’s backward country.

After establishing new government and new order in the country, the ministry of Communications and Information Technology under the wise leadership of H. E. Sangin begin to create a strong and robust foundation to develop effective and efficient telecom and information technology service and outlined proper policy and effective program in accordance with the national strategy.
Fortunately, today we have the result of the hard work and we have achieved what that no one had thought of it.
Eng. Hassam added that we the people of Afghanistan appreciate his efforts and wish him health and success in the future.
Then H.E. Amirzai Sangin briefly reminded functioning, problems and challenges, positive and negative experiences and expressed his gratitude for the sincere cooperation of directors and staff and wished peace in the country and said good bye.
