Notice of Contract Award

According to the paragraph 2 of Article 43 of procurement law it is notified to the public. Ministry of Communications and Information Technology is to award Hardware Project for Technology Innovation Directorate to Talha Zabir Logistics Company (located in the Shahre Naw of Haji Ya'qub, Kabul city) at a total cost of (968,360.1306) AFG. Natural and legal individuals who have any objection to the matter may submit their objection from the date of this notice to the Seven- calendar day in writing together with its reasons to the procurement directorate  in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law, in 14^th floor of 18 storied building of MCIT.

This notice does not imply the conclusion of the contract and will not be concluded until the aforementioned deadline and legal process completion.
