Speech at workshop on introducing new equipment and technologies for infrastructure development

Shahzad Aryobee minister of Communications and Information Technology participated and delivered speech at a training workshop entitled "Introduction of new equipment and technologies for infrastructure development” heled at the Ministry of Finance on Tuesday, January 8, 2019.
The workshop was designed to identify the new equipment and technology needed for infrastructure development in a sustainable and economical manner way.
Minister Shahzad Aryobee spoke about the goals and prospects, the evaluations and plans needed for introducing new technologies and equipment for infrastructure development in Afghanistan.
At the workshop, the participants were divided into four groups (panels) and exchanged views in relation to the new technology needed for the Afghan infrastructure industry, investment opportunities (government, donors, PPP, foreign investment, etc.).
The participants of the workshop stressed on reforms in government sector in order to provide opportunities for introducing new technologies and the capacity building of the Afghan human resources in the infrastructure industry.
